I operate a licensed wedding cake business from my home . I have two kitchens in my house. I have been making wedding cakes professionally for 16 years. I make a variety of flavours and fillings. I will create the cake that you want. Your imagination is the only limit. If you find a design you like I can create it. My prices are determined by size and icing finish...buttercream or marshmallow fondant. I don't add an additional fee for decorating. My portfolio is quite extensive containing a wide variety of wedding cakes I have created. An average cake that serves 125 guests costs $345-$375 depending on the icing finish ($2.75 to $3.00 a serving).
